How do I purchase a Product from your webstore?
Select your product and click on “Add to Cart” button. You will be directed to the cart page. Please review the product price and quantity of purchase and click on to “Proceed to checkout” button. Fill up “Billing address”. In case you require the product to be sent to a different address other than your billing address, please enter the shipping address information provided alongside the billing address. Choose the payment mode and place the order.
What are the available payment options?
Currently you can make the payment through bank transfer or by issuing a cheque / DD.

When will I get my product upon placing an order?
Products will be delivered within 7 to 14 business days. However, delivery time is dependent on your location and also on customs clearance at International locations
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within India. International shipping would cost you Rs.1500 per product. Shipping charges would further reduce if you place multiple products in a single order.
Are there any additional charges applicable apart from the product cost?
Charges like duty , Octroi and other taxes if any are payable by the customer at the time of delivery. For international locations shipping charges are applicable.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes, products can be exchanged or returned under certain circumstances. Please refer to our Exchange and Refund Policies for more information.
